Warranty & Conditions

Frames are covered by a 5 year – parts by a 2 year warranty from the original date of purchase. During this period, GOrilla . urban cycling will repair or replace any frame or part deemed to have a manufacturing defect. Replacement frame or part may be of a different colour. For complete bikes, replacement will only concern the damaged part, not the complete bike.
To start a frame warranty claim process, please provide :
– picture of the problem.
– picture of the whole frame.
– picture of the serial number (under BB shell).
– copy of the purchase receipt, showing date of purchase.
To start a part warranty claim process, please provide :
– picture of the problem.
– picture of the whole part.
– copy of the purchase receipt, showing date of purchase.
Even if you contact us directly, all warranty claims must go through the dealer which sold the frame or part.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect or modification of the frame or part. Warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. GOrilla . urban cycling shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Contact us if you meet a problem on your bike.
This warranty will not be valid for/does not cover:
– accidental or deliberate damage;
– damage caused by any fair wear and tear;
– damage caused by reckless, illegal or inappropriate use of the item;
– any attempt to repair the item by any party other than GOrilla . urban cycling or any attempt to modify or adapt any parts or the bicycle frame;
– your failure to follow the proper operations and maintenance as advised by GOrilla . urban cycling;
Any items returned under this warranty to GOrilla . urban cycling must be reasonably clean when returned and free from excessive dirt;
If while dealing with a valid warranty claim, GOrilla . urban cycling finds other parts, that need replacing which are not covered by the warranty GOrilla . urban cycling will replace these non-warranty items where necessary in order to rebuild the bike to a safe and proper working condition at your expense;
If upon reasonable inspection of the returned item, GOrilla . urban cycling determines that a valid warranty claim has been made, GOrilla . urban cycling will either repair the faulty item or provide a replacement product of equal value;
Perishable goods are excluded from this warranty. For the purpose of this warranty perishable goods include but are not limited to tyres, tubes, chains, brakes, brake pads, sprockets, chains, cables, handlebar tape and clothing.
If you believe the item you have purchased under this warranty is faulty please contact GOrilla . urban cycling by no later than the last day of this warranty. Any claims received after the last day of the warranty will not be valid.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty is offered as an additional benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

GOrilla . urban cycling accept payment via bank transfer and creditcard - also paypal is possible

We ship all ordered goods worldwide via Swiss Post or DPD. The carrier depends on the shipping country!

Should there be any damage in transit, the damage must be reported to the carrier or post within 24 hours.


An exchange is only possible for mistakes made on our side or the goods do not correspond to the ordered quality. Refunds of money do not occur.

Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
